Ballot question

The ballot question was as follows:[1]

A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the County of Lucas for the purpose of the support of children services and the care and placement of children at a rate not exceeding 1.85 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.185 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for ten years, commencing in 2018, first due in calendar year 2019.[2]
