A Lucas County Children Services Tas Levy question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Lucas County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved'.

This question authorized the County of Lucas to renew and increase property taxes by 1.85 mills ($1.85 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund children's services.[1][2]
