A Lucas County MRHS Tax Levy question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Lucas County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the Lucas County to increase property taxes by 1 mills ($1 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for 10 years in order to fund Mental Health and Recover Services.[1][2]
