Lucasville Township Local Option Questions, 4 (November 2011)

Four Lucasville Township Local Option Questions were on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the township of Lucascille which is in Scioto County.

All four measures were defeated[1]

The first measure sought to allow the sale of alcohol at the designated location, and the second measure sought to allow the same location to sell alcohol on Sundays.[2]

The question on the ballot:

(1) Shall the sale of beer be permitted by Clarks Pump N Shop Inc. doing business as Lucasville BP 29 an applicant for C1 liquor permit who is engaged in the business of operating a neighborhood convenience store at 10863 US 23, Lucasville, Ohio 45648 in this precinct?

(2) Shall the sale of beer be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of eleven a.m. and midnight Clarks Pump N Shop Inc. doing business as Lucasville BP 29 an applicant for a C-1 liquor permit who is engaged in the business of operating a neighborhood conveniencestore at 10863 US 23, Lucasville, Ohio 45648 in this precinct?[3]
