Lucia Baez-Geller
Lucia Baez-Geller (Democratic Party) is running for election to the Florida House of Representatives to represent District 106. She declared candidacy for the 2026 election.[source]
Baez-Geller was a member of the Miami-Dade County Public Schools school board in Florida, representing District 3. She assumed office on November 17, 2020. She left office on November 19, 2024.
Biography
Lucia Baez-Geller earned her bachelor's degree from Spring Hill College in 2005 and her graduate degree from Florida International University. Her career experience includes teaching at Miami Beach Senior High from 2005 to 2020. In 2013, Baez-Geller earned the Political Advocate of the Year Award from the National Education Association.[1]
