Born and raised in Quebec, Canada, I have a story is one of perseverance, faith, and an unwavering commitment to the American Dream. As a French-Canadian immigrant, I embraced the opportunities and challenges presented to me in the land of liberty, embodying the split of resilience and hard work that define our great nation.

I'm not just a proud American, but also a successful businesswoman, a devoted grandmother, and an impassioned community organizer. I have made my mark in the world of business, proving time and again that with hard work and determination, anyone can succeed in this country, regardless of their origins. As a grandmother, I understands the importance of family and the future we create for our children and grandchildren.

  • I am a person who believes in our values and I love this country. Coming from a Family of 10, facing everyday struggles I had a short time in foster care & and I know how important the family unit is, and preserving America.

  • I'm very qualified to be the wise and courageous leader we need in Sacramento. My husband and I have been owners of retail businesses for over 39 years in the Los Angeles area. The obstacles of running a small business under California’s high taxes, overregulation, the diminishing economy, and the unfair China trade deals, have been challenging—but also a great learning experience and motivator for her to jump into politics at this crucial time in our country’s history. I have a long record of serving her community and I held many positions of leadership.
  • Born in Montreal, I speaks with a French-Canadian accent and has plenty to say. I'm running on a platform of “Faith, Family and Freedom.” I will stand against the flawed Green New Deal, the attacks on fossil fuels, the open border, illegal immigration, human trafficking and drugs, rising crime, defunding of the police, the unconstitutional COVID-19 closures and mandates, the “woke” sexualized school system, a weakened military, the censoring of conservative speech, and foreign companies buying U.S. land.

There are many issues tearing down our country, destroying the economic and moral fabric of the America we know and love. I'm anxious to tackle each one of these problems with insight, knowledge, commonsense, courage and a respect for our Constitution. I'm a leader, not a career politician. “We’re losing our freedoms and our children! Without freedom, we have nothing. Defending freedom is my number one priority!”
To make sure you passing the right laws for benefiting for the people in needs, without keeping raising taxes!

Campaign website

Volotzky's campaign website stated the following:

IMMIGRATION

Illegal immigration brings crime, drugs and human trafficking to our neighborhoods. We need to close the border so they can come in the right way, the legal way.

ECONOMY

We have the highest inflation in 40 years. It was caused by printing too much money, and that devalues the dollar, which gives us the higher cost of goods, foods, and health care. We need to bring back the corporation from overseas and create jobs.

HOMELESSNESS

Homelessness encourages tents on our sidewalks and pathways. We need more shelters and rehabilitation groups. Some religious groups are doing their part, but we need more.

EDUCATION

Our parental rights are under attack in our schools. The government has no business determining our children’s futures.

Parents know what’s best for educating their children. Let’s fight for School Choice.

PUBLIC SAFETY

Public Safety has been hurt by defunding the police. Criminals have been released, and more and more men and women in uniform been murdered. I say don’t defund the police, defend the police! We have to stand with our men and women in uniform to protect our cities, state, and country.

SMALL BUSINESS

In the last 40 years, we have lost so many small businesses, and one reason is the trade imbalance with China. In 1990 the census reported the imbalance was $10 billion dollars. In 2021, it was $355 billion dollars.

Let’s bring back business from China.

WOMEN'S SPORT

No transgender should participate in our women’s sport!

2ND AMENDMENT

Given the current environment with misguided justice policies which have released thousands of individuals into our neighborhoods, who are violent, mentally ill and or who are chronic offenders, the right and responsibility for my safety, my family and yes, your family depends on our commitment to protecting our 2nd Amendment Rights.[3]

Born and raised in Montreal, Canada, She moved to Los Angeles in 1984, finished school, learned English and Spanish, and started her own business with her husband by selling mattresses at local swap meets. She opened the first of five "Beds Unlimited" stores in 1988. With her son Ben, she rebranded the stores as "Blissful Sleep," and it has become one of the most successful mattress stores reaching across three Valleys: Santa Clarita, Simi, and San Fernando Valley as well as much of metropolitan Los Angeles. Lucie is an active member of eight Chambers of Commerce; has won numerous awards for volunteer work, which supports the residents of a wide geographical area. Such as work with Habitat for Humanity and the Special Olympics. Utilizing her passion and skills, she started a non-profit "Lapointe Etiquette" to help underserved adults.
  • Choice in education belongs to parents
  • Itemize & audit Spending in Sacramento
  • Elect a business owner
Lucie speaks three languages BUT listening to and understanding constituents as they talk their concerns are most important. The residents of three valleys in the 38th district all want:

Fewer taxes, enabling families and millennials to have more time to enjoy what they can spend from wages earned
Fewer government regulations which strangle small business owners and limit hiring more employees
More time to spend growing a business and less time with complicated forms to comply with regulations
Safe neighborhoods
Faith-based or charitable based solutions to opiate addiction
Voting on legislation in Sacramento should
Be a means to improve the quality of life of residents and achieving the above goals.
Reflect protecting a balanced community of young and old residents

Not protect political agendas contrary to the unity of the States and California
I'm looking up to my parents, giving their love to 10 kids, and working exceptionally hard to provide us what was essential in everyday life.
In my first historical moment, I gave birth to my first child. I was 30 years old.
I worked in a factory at the age of 12 years, 40 hours a week, for $20.00, I was there until I turned 18 years and decided there was something bigger waiting for me. Then I when back to get an education.
