Its not a joke a story, well a snip of a tv sitcom with ROsanne Brar/"Rosanne". Rosannie has been calling family to let them know their father has passed. She tells her sister Jackie its her turn to do the calling. So Jackie calls her aunt to let her know her dad has passed. " She tell the Auntie Barbara: This is Jackie, repeats it several times. Tells her shes fine. She has bad news. "Dad is Dead' The Aunt cant hear and Jackies repeats it, Aunt still cant hear. Jackie tells he's gone, he's left.... He sends his love". We share this snip to our families sometimes when it appropriate.

Each department has a budget. Each department has that director/supervisor is responsible for that part of the budget. To be run that department as efficiently in every way to be the best it can be. To work with the City Manager who then reports to the Council/Mayor a summary of this budgets that we review to maintain and balance and review what is working and not working as the funds we are implementing to get the job done as efficectively and efficiently.
