“ | PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO SECTION 3.2 OF THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF LUDINGTON TO PERMIT THE MAYOR TO SERVE FIVE (5) 4-YEAR TERMS RATHER THAN THE CURRENT CHARTER PROVISION WHICH LIMITS THE NUMBER TO THREE (3) 4-YEAR TERMS.
This Charter Amendment is proposed for the purpose of increasing the maximum number of 4-year terms the Mayor may serve from three (3) terms to five (5) terms. SHALL THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO PART 1, CHAPTER 3, SECTION 3.2 BE ADOPTED?[1][2] |
