Luis A. Rodriguez
Luis A. Rodriguez was a judge for the Superior Court of Orange County in California. He was appointed to the Orange County Municipal Court by former Governor Pete Wilson in 1994. Rodriguez was elevated to the Superior Court upon court unification in 1998. He was re-elected in 2012 and he retired on April 30, 2014.[1][2][3]
Education
Rodriguez received a bachelor's degree from the University of California, San Diego in 1977 and a J.D. from the University of California, Boalt Hall School of Law in 1980.[2]

Rodriguez ran for re-election to the superior court in 2012. As an unopposed incumbent, his name did not appear on the ballot. After the primary election, Rodriguez was automatically re-elected.[5]
