The August 26, 2014, general election in Collier County featured three seats up for election. Roy Terry III was the only incumbent to seek re-election in 2014, facing a challenge from Thomas Andler in District 5. Kathleen Greenawalt, Kelly Mason and Jacob Winge were running to replace Pat Carroll, who did not file for re-election in District 1. Luis Bernal, Erika B. Donalds, JB Holmes and Kathy Ryan were seeking election to the District 3 seat held by Barbara Berry.

The general election determines if candidates for each seat could garner a majority of the vote total. If no candidate received 50 percent plus one of the general election votes in a particular district, the top two vote recipients advanced to the runoff election on November 4, 2014.
