Biography

Luis De La Garza was born and lives in Laredo, Texas. He earned a bachelor's degree in history from St. Edwards University and a master's degree in business administration from Laredo State University. De La Garza's career experience includes working as a certified appraiser and real estate broker. De La Garza was appointed by former Governor Rick Perry to serve on the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board.[1]
