Biography
Luis Villarreal Jr. was born in Brownsville, Texas. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in 2013. He earned a graduate degree from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in 2015. Villarreal is self-employed.[1]
