Luke Bronin (Democratic Party) is running for election to the U.S. House to represent Connecticut's 1st Congressional District. He declared candidacy for the Democratic primary scheduled on August 11, 2026.[source]

Bronin (Democratic Party) was the Mayor of Hartford in Connecticut. He assumed office on January 1, 2016. He left office on January 1, 2024.

Bronin was a Democratic candidate for governor of Connecticut in the 2018 election. Bronin suspended his campaign on April 16, 2018.[1]
