Howard "Luke" Kenley (b. March 28, 1945) is a former Republican member of the Indiana State Senate, representing District 20 from 1992 to 2017. He resigned from his position on September 30, 2017.[1] He served as a judge for Noblesville City Court from 1974 to 1989.

Biography

Kenley earned his B.A. from Miami University in 1967 and his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1972. His professional experience includes working as an attorney for Cadick Burns Duck Neighbors, owner of Kenley's Supermarkets, Incorporated and owner of Cambridge Investment, Incorporated. He served in the United States Army as a First Lieutenant from 1969 to 1971.
