The election in East Allen featured three seats up for general election on November 4, 2014. The District 1 race pitted newcomers Timothy E. Hines and Luray A. Riggle against one another, while the District 2 race featured challengers Richard A. Allgeier and Leland Etzler. In District 3, incumbent Stephen L. Terry Sr. ran against challengers Paulette Nellems and Kerri Zurbuch for the seat. District 1 board member William D. Hartman and District 2 board member Neil S.
