Luther Eubanks
Luther Boyd Eubanks (1917-1996) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
Eubanks was nominated by President Lyndon Johnson on July 19, 1965, to a seat vacated by Ross Rizley; he was confirmed by the Senate on August 11, 1965, and received commission that same day. He served as chief judge from 1982 until he assumed senior status on June 30, 1986. He retired on August 31, 1987.[1] Eubanks was succeeded in this position by Layn Phillips.
