Sweeney.[1][2]Prior to assuming office, Glynn served as the chief of the Baltimore city solicitor’s litigation and appeals division and was an assistant Maryland attorney general in the contract litigation unit.[1][2]

Glynn received her undergraduate degree from the University Pennsylvania and her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.[1]
