The question on the ballot:

To replace an expiring levy, which was for the educational needs of the students in the Lyle School district No. 406, shall the District levy the following taxes for support of the District's General Fund Maintenance and operations expenses: Collection Year: 2013-2014; Approximate Levy Rate Per $1,000 Assessed Value: $2.75; Levy Amount: $2,436,69. All as provided in Resolution No. 11-12-04. Should this proposition be approved?[3]
