CONCORD, New Hampshire On June 8 New Hampshire Governor John Lynch nominated Senior Assistant Attorney General Will Delker to be the 18th superior court judge for New Hampshire. The appointment would permit the New Hampshire court system to place a third judge in the Rockingham County Superior Court, aiding with the case load of the state's busiest court. Lynch told the press, "Will Delker has distinguished himself as a prosecutor. He has shown a thorough understanding of the law and has shown a deep commitment to justice and fairness, which are qualities required of any judge in the New Hampshire Superior Court system."[1] The nomination still requires approval from the executive council.
