Lynn Ashcroft
Lynn E. Ashcroft was a judge on the Marion County Circuit Court in Oregon. The court has jurisdiction over Marion County and is located within the 3rd Judicial District. Ashcroft resigned from the court effective February 2, 2010.[1]
Judicial investigation
Ashcroft went under investigation on January 27, 2010. It is not known what the investigation regards,[2] and he resigned from the court shortly after the investigation was announced.[3]
Professional career
Ashcroft was appointed to the Marion County Circuit Court in June 2008. He was then elected to the seat with a term ending on January 7, 2013.[4]
