Campaign themes
2014
Wells' website highlighted the following campaign themes:
| “ | Fair Taxes
It's time to end the failed tax "experiment." Taxes are best when they are fair. It's time to end the Brownback quote, "experiment." We're not lab rats, we're Kansans. We know how to work hard and don't mind paying our fair share. We're all in this together. Supporting those who served. They deserve our devotion and the benefits and services they need and have earned. Job growth and better wages. Great schools, arts and entertainment will create an environment that attracts and sustains business. I will support these efforts. If we fully fund schools, expand medicaid, bring the administration of Kan Care back to the State of Kansas we could bring thousands of jobs to our state and district. Fully Fund our Public Schools Fully funding our public schools and supporting educators will be my top priority.[2][3] |
