- Integrity - my business background has given me the experience to lead with conviction, working together for the greater good.
- Values - as a wife and mother of three, it is important to me that all families feel connected to our community.
- Compassion - I care about Gilbert, and want our community to be known for its kindness, where everyone is welcome.
I also want to increase the transparency from the town council and mayor, and start going out into the community (even virtually!) to take the issues to the people. Gilbert is a community of more than a quarter million people - and growing - and we cannot expect every resident to tune into the live stream of Council meetings or attend in person. Gilbert is a strong community, with great neighborhoods, and we can do better at hearing from the residents what issues matter the most to them, and clearly communicating the work of the Council.
