M. Kathleen Manley
M. Kathleen Manley was a judge of the superior court in Vermont. She was appointed to the court in January 1998 and retired from the bench in 2016.[1][2][3]

Manley received a B.A. in 1975 from New England College. She earned her J.D. at Western New England College School of Law, in 1980.[2]
