M. William Boller

M. William Boller is a Supervising Judge of the New York Supreme Court 8th Judicial District. He has served in this capacity since 2007. He has also worked as an acting justice of the Erie County Supreme Court (8th Judicial District) and a judge of the New York Court of Claims since 2006.[1]
Education
Boller received his Bachelor of Science degree from The American University, School of Government and Public Administration in 1977. In 1980, he earned his J.D. at the University of Baltimore.[1]
Career
Boller began his career in 1981 working in the Office of Counsel for the Erie County Department of Social Services. He worked in this capacity until 2006. He also served as an Elma Town Court Justice from 1984 to 2006. He was appointed to the New York Court of Claims in 2006 and was reappointed in 2010. He was also appointed an Acting Supreme Court Justice in 2006. The following year, he became a Supervising Judge of the 8th Judicial District.[1]
