A Madison Township Police Tax Levy question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Lake County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.
This question authorized the township of Madison to impose a replacement property tax levy of 1.8 mills ($1.8 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for a continuing period of time in order to fund police protection services.[1]
