Madonna Flood (Democratic Party) was a member of the Louisville Metro Council in Kentucky, representing District 24. She assumed office in 2003. She left office on January 6, 2025.

Biography
Flood graduated from Southern High School in 1975 and received an associates paralegal degree from the University of Louisville. Her professional experience includes working in property management.[1]
