A Madras Charter Amendment, Friendship Park Establishment measure was on the May 18, 2010 ballot in the city of Madras which is in Jefferson County.

This measure sought to amend the city charter to establish that Frienship Park would be a permanent city park. This would have also entailed development of the park for recreational use and removing any improvements that were not intended for recreational use.[2]
