Mady Rodriguez has been a resident of the Winchester area for over 35 years. She is a product of Winchester Public Schools and holds a Master's degree from Walden University. She actively works in the Education field as an adjunct professor for Shenandoah University and site coordinator and teacher at Laurel Ridge Community College. Over 25 years working with Early Intervention ADA resource programs. Over 18 years in the medical field currently working as a discharge planner under the WMC Care Management Department for Valley Health. She is very active in the community, former Winchester City Councilwoman and serves on many boards in different capacities including her appointment this year to the Winchester City Planning Commission. Mady continues to pursue her new found passion of using her voice to impact change in our community.
  • I believe that knowledge is everything! Our children and future generations, from preschool through high school, must have access to equal opportunities.
  • I believe that people who work 40 hours a week should have economic stability that makes it possible to support themselves and their families.
