| Measure I: To improve the quality of education; upgrade technology; repair leaky roofs; modernize classrooms, restrooms and school facilities; make health and safety improvements; make handicapped accessibility upgrades; install solar panels to improve energy efficiency; replace temporary portable classrooms; and increase campus security; shall the Magnolia School District issue $16,300,000 of bonds at legal interest rates, have an independent citizens' oversight committee and have NO money used for administrative or teacher salaries or be taken by the state?[1] |
