Language on the ballot:
| “ | A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Village of Magnolia for the purpose of operation and maintenance of the cemetery at a rate not exceeding five-tenths (0.5) mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to five cents ($0.05) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2013, first due in calendar year 2014.[1][2] | ” |
