Maher appointed to Seventeenth Circuit Court

Illinois: On Wednesday, June 23, 2010, the Illinois Supreme Court announced the appointment of Brendan A. Maher to Illinois' 17th Circuit Court. Maher will serve starting August 2, 2010.[1]

Prior to being named a judge, Maher served as an assistant U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois. His term ends December 3, 2012.[1]
