Mahlon Dickerson
Mahlon Dickerson (1770-1853) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
He was nominated by President Martin Van Buren on July 14, 1840. He was confirmed by the Senate on July 21, 1840, and received commission on July 23, 1840. He resigned on February 16, 1841.[1] Dickerson was succeeded by his brother, Philemon Dickerson.
