A Mahoning County TB Tax Levy question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Mahoning County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized Mohoning County to impose a 0.1 mill ($0.1 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) tax Levy for five years in order to fund the maintenance and treatment of residents who are suffering from tuberculosis.[1]
