The Maine Standard Percentage of Alcohol in Intoxicating Liquors People's Veto, also known as P.L. 1909 c. 241, was on the September 12, 1910 ballot in Maine as a veto referendum, where it was defeated. The measure disapproved language standardizing the language regarding intoxicating liquors in state laws. This repealed the 1909 Chapter 241 of the state statutes.[1]
