Maine Biddeford Elections, Question No. 5 (1940)

The Maine Biddeford Elections People's Veto, also known as Question No. 5, was on the September 9, 1940 ballot in Maine as a veto referendum, where it was approved. The measure changed the nominative process in the city of Biddeford's elections.[1][2]
