The Maine Camp Waban Added Facilities Bond Issue, also known as Referendum Question No. 3, was on the November 4, 1969 ballot in Maine as a legislatively referred bond question, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have provided $210,000 in bonds for constructing facilities at Camp Waban in York County.[2]
Background
Camp Waban was founded as a summer camp for children with developmental disabilities in 1966.[3][4]
