Maine Gas Tax Increase, Referendum Question (1932)

The Maine Gas Tax Increase People's Veto, also known as Referendum Question, was on the September 12, 1932 ballot in Maine as a veto referendum, where it was defeated. The measure would have increased the gasoline tax to six cents per gallon.[1][2]
