The Maine Handicapped Access to County Courthouses Bond Issue, also known as Bond Issue 2, was on the November 8, 1983 ballot in Maine as a legislatively referred bond question, where it was approved.[1] The measure issued $720,000 to make county courthouses physically accessible to those with handicaps.[2][3]
