A "yes" vote supported repealing and annulling the 26th amendment adopted on September 8, 1884, which prohibited the manufacture and sale of intoxicating liquors. 

A "no" vote opposed repealing and annulling the 26th amendment adopted on September 8, 1884, which prohibited the manufacture and sale of intoxicating liquors.
