Maine University System Facilities Upgrade, Bond Issue 9 (1986)
The Maine University System Facilities Upgrade Bond Issue, also known as Bond Issue 9, was on the November 4, 1986 ballot in Maine as a legislatively referred bond question, where it was approved.[1] The measure issued $7.7 million in bonds to upgrade facilities in the University of Maine System.[2][3]
