Maine Vocational-Technical Institutes Construction Projects, Referendum Question No. 4 (1977)
The Maine Vocational-Technical Institutes Construction Projects Bond Issue, also known as Referendum Question No. 4, was on the December 5, 1977 ballot in Maine as a legislatively referred bond question, where it was approved.[1] The measure issued $3,748,000 in bonds for several construction projects at the state technical-vocational institutes. These projects included an educational wing at Central Maine Vocational-Technical Institute, a mechanicals building at Eastern Maine Vocational-Technical Institute, a multipurpose instructional building at Northern Maine Vocational-Technical Institute and a building construction facility at Southern Maine Vocational-Technical Institute.[2][3]
