Text of the question:

Shall the Maitland Charter be amended to delete the transitional provisions for the initial adoption of Article XI of the Charter which are outdated and no longer utilized, while retaining Section 11.04, which addresses State and Municipal laws and Section 11.05(i) which provides the Charter's effective date?[1][2]
