Maitland City Amendment 4: Office Term Served Definition was approved on the March 12, 2013 election ballot in Orange County, which is in Florida.
This measure amended the Maitland City Charter to delete language stating that a member of City Council who leaves office shall have that term counted as completed in regard to term limits.[1]
