Malcolm Graham (Massachusetts)
R. Malcolm Graham was an associate justice on the Massachusetts Appeals Court, the intermediate appellate court for the state of Massachusetts. He was appointed to this position by Governor Mitt Romney and took office on October 20, 2004.[1] He retired from the court on February 22, 2015.[2]
Education
Graham received his B.A. from New York University and his J.D. from Boston College Law School.[1]
Career
Graham was a lawyer in private practice from 1974 to 1982, with a focus on civil litigation, labor law, and administrative law. In 1982, he was appointed to the district court by Governor Edward King, and in 1986, he was appointed to the Massachusetts Superior Courts by Governor Michael Dukakis.[1]
