Shall pari-mutuel wagering be permitted in the City of Manassas Park at satellite facilities in accordance with Chapter 29 (§59.1-364 et seq.) of Title 59.1 of the Code of Virginia?

This measure was put on the ballot through a citizen-initiated petition drive. Churchill Downs Incorporated and Rosie’s Gaming Emporiums announced the signature drive campaign. Signatures were required from at least 5% of qualified voters in Manassas Park.[1]
