A Mansfield City School District Tax Levy question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Richland County, which is in Ohio, where it was defeated.

This question authorized the Mansfield City School District to renew a property tax levy of 9.9 mills ($9.9 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund the emergency requirements of the district.[1]
