Manual Williams
Manual Williams (Republican Party) (also known as Jomo) is running for election to the New York City Council to represent District 7. He is on the ballot in the general election on November 4, 2025. The Republican primary for this office on June 24, 2025, was canceled.
Biography
Manual Williams was born in Manhattan, New York. He began serving in the United States Army in 2020.[1]

(1) Protecting long term residents' interest who are being targeted for evictions and convictions due to landlords greed (collateral consequences of the gentrification process). While maintaining economical growth; development; and imploring diversity (racial harmony).
(2) End all practices that unlawfully subject & target particular groups to disproportionate mass incarcerations.
(3) Pandemic Recovery for local residents & small businesses.
(4) The "Black Lives Matter Market" project proposed by BLM Party, to develop market mall inside the old Fairway Market location (on the Waterfront strip at the Westside end between 125 to 134 streets Harlem, N.Y.C.) for small businesses and local street vendors.
(5) Open more Municipal parking lots and place more slated parking.
(6) Oppose any new NYC Mayor, that may propose the reinstituting of past "Stop & Frisk" policies.
(7) Using Job Creation as too a tool to combat crime and recidivism.
(8) Address all discriminations practices and algorithms implemented by major Internet & Telecommunication providers that thwart and effects minorities' business efforts and online social space.
(9) implore & welcome a diverse collective effort and allyship in combatting hate, bigotry, discrimination, and oppressive racist brutalities of all forms.
