Manuel A. Capsalis
Manuel A. Capsalis is a judge of the 19th Judicial District in Virginia. He was elected by the Virginia General Assembly on February 25, 2015, to serve a six-year term commencing on July 1 of that year.[1] Capsalis was reappointed in 2021 to another six-year term, set to expire on June 30, 2027.[2]
Career
Prior to joining the circuit court in 2015, Capsalis was an attorney in Fairfax County.[1]
