Biography
Education
Ramirez graduated from Whittier College in 1970 with degrees in political science and international relations. He received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in 1974.[1][2]
Career
Ramirez began his legal career as a deputy district attorney in Orange County. He held this position from 1976 to 1983, when he was then appointed to the Orange County Municipal Court. In 1986, Ramirez was elevated to the Orange County Superior Court. He served on this court until his appointment to the California Fourth District Court of Appeal.[1][2]
