Manuel Barbosa

Manuel Barbosa was a judge for the United States bankruptcy court, Northern District of Illinois. He was appointed for a fourteen-year term on March 23, 1998.[1]
Barbosa retired from the court in December 2012. [2]
Education
Judge Barbosa attended Illinois Benedictin for his Bachelors degree in 1969 and John Marshall Law School in 1977 for his J.D.[1]
Career
From 1980 to 1998 Barbosa was Chairman for the Illinois Human Rights Commission.[1]
